2010 Great River Race along 22 miles of the Thames from Greenwich to Richmond.


The crew has evolved and expanded since 2002 and has now completed eight Great River Races on behalf of various charities. The 2.5 tonne wooden boat ,’Brynhilde’, is owned and operated by Turk Boatyards who are assisting with the operational and logistical planning. Turks specialise in supplying boats to the film industry; most recently building the fleet for Troy, Robin Hood, Hornblower and Harry Potter.

New crew members include. The Prof Mark Hoffman, Ginger viking Ken McLaughlin, Satan, John Faulkner, Steve Salah, Pete Keele, Gidon Smit, Hans Stiles.
